I have gotten a couple people saying this is probably a monitor problem. I
tried a different monitor (nextdoor neighbor) and the problem existed with
his monitor also. So shouldn't that eliminate the monitor from being the
problem? Should I now look at the graphics card as the problem? Any other
possibilities?
