Now that my computer is up to speed, I still have a nagging problem with my
US Robotics V90 56K Internal Voice modem.
My modem has always been on COM4, but when I started the installation of a
new processor, the modem quit working.
The problem is that windows says I don't have enough resources to operate
it on COM4. When I uninstall COM2 in BIOS, COM4 is no longer
recognized. What I have been able to do is uninstall through the device
manager. If I do this, when I re-boot, COM2 is re-installed by PnP.
Any ideas? I've run out.

TIA
