I have a HP laptop (dv4223cl). Somehow ,somebody poked a small hole in the
plastic screen on the display. The display works fine but there is this
puncture hole a couple of inches down from the top and it is very annoying.
It looks like maybe one of the kids poked it with a pen. On an all white
background you can't even see it but it shows up with a black background. Is
the outside sheet of plastic easily replaced (it should be) or is that sheet
part of the display. Meaning the whole thing would have to be replaced. Also
is it bad that some air can get between the layers.
