There are times I will choose a refurbished monitor for my clients
depending upon the financial aspect. To y knowledge, the Manufacturer
provides full and complete warranty.

One of the reasons that a Manufacturer has to call the unit
"refurbished" is do to the fact there are laws preventing resale of used
merchandise. There are times a person will buy a component and not like
it. Nothing more nothing less. There are good deals out there if you
look.
