I would ask more info, your not really telling us much by saying its a zotac 9500 considering theres 4 cards from the 9500 series made by zotac on newegg, all different. What one are you specifically looking it? A 9500 for someone that doesnt game is usually by any means over kill as is. An even better question is why do you think you need a new video card?

Subject: [PCBUILD] GeForce 9500

I need to buy a new video card and want one without a fan if I can do so. It
is for my Shuttle computer, so it needs to run fairly cool as well. My
search has come up with a ZOTAC ZT-95TES2P-HSL which is based on a GeForce
9500. Any comments as to whether this is a good choice or not? I had
previously considered an 8600 based card, but the 9500 seems to run cooler
based on some user reviews I read on the NewEgg site. I don't play games,
but do use the computer for video editing.

Thank you for any input and suggestions.
