Mike:

A lot of this depends on how you installed the LS-120s.

Are you using Windows 95b or later? Do the BIOSes
of the computers have LS-120 support? Or are you
using the drivers that came with the LS-120 drives.

Also, are you using an LS-120 as a master or solo
on an IDE channel?

I initially had a buggy installation until I flash upgraded
my BIOS, reinstalled the LS-120 drive as a slave on the
secondary IDE channel, and reinstalled Win95b.

I also use the software eject (right-click on the icon and
select eject).

That cured my problems (which was Win95 sometimes
not reading or misidentifying disks and/or their contents).
HTH.

Considering your problem, does it only happen with
specific disks? Only after they are read in a particular
PC? Can an unreadable disk in one machine be read
in another PC? More information would be useful in
diagnosing your problem.
