Video Card Choice

With input from this list and other sources I have narrowed choice of
video card for new build to these three

Matrox Millennium
ATI Radeon DDR
nVidia GeForce2MX

All 32MB. Want dual monitor capability. Plan to do graphic design, but
probably no 3D. Game play not important. I can get any of the above at
about the same price, $100.

For the nVidia card there a number of manufacturers, some I have never
heard of. For this chip is manufacturer of board important?

What would be the recommended card choice by the list?
