I need help.

I having this problem since I install Win98.
I have increase my memory from 32MB to 64MB to work better with Win98,
but every time I go to the Internet, and my computer gets lock and
tell me this error.
Kernell32.Dll
I did a Low Level Format to see if my problem will go away, but it did
not help.
I have a P54C 120MHZ, with 3.1MB on the HD, with an MMX Motherboard.
If any body can help me I will thank you.
