If you need high quality, the DC30+ from pinnacle systems does a good job, but
is rather difficult to configure.  Also, to capture at full (approx 640x480)
resolution, you need scsi hard drives, or you'll end up with dropped frames.
Having said that, I use UDMA 66 drives, a 5400 rpm and a 7200 rpm, and only
drop 2-3 frames/half hour.  that's well within my tolerances, especially as I
use it mainly for output of slideshow type videos, where no frames are
dropped.  Remember, you'll need plenty of disk space to capture and work on
video.
