A colleague is having problem with her computer with automatic
shutdowns.
Yesterday, she was using MS Word and the computer shutdown and rebooted.

While rebooting, she received a keyboard error message and to press F1
to
continue.  I told her not to press F1 because then she won't be able to
use
the keyboard.  What are some possibilities causing the shutdowns and why

would she get a keyboard error?
