my 100MHZ mother board runs SIMMs just fine. i have a k6-2-350. the FSB is
set to 100 mhz. the SIMMs runs @66MHZno mater how fast the bus  is running
(according to the manual) . i
upgraded my RAM to 64MBDIMMs and the performance increased around %6.
