Unless I'm mistaken, they are wrong.
Set JP-3 to 66Mhz and JP-7 to 2.5x.
JP-8 might be 3.2v, but hold out for a
confirmation  from a list member.

Based on the jumper options it looks
like your board has a range of 75Mhz
to 200Mhz.
