  I wouldn't worry about a CPU speed deviation of less than 1%.  That could
be a rounding error in the math PC Pitstop uses to calculate the speed, and
not a serious system problem.

  I don't know why the program would claim the swap file is "disabled", but
odds are that you can get better performance by statically allocating the
swap file than by letting Windiws manage it dynamically.
  For absolute best results, it should be static, contiguous, and on its own
drive controller channel (which may mean its own partition, if not its own
DRIVE).  It may not be practical to achieve all of these conditions, but you
can atleast make it mostly contiguous and static by defragging your drive
first, and then setting the swap dile size.
  How big should you make it?  That really depends on the usual mix of
running applications.  Rules of thumb that calculate a size from the amount
of RAM present have to *assume* that the amount of RAM is appropriate to the
application mix -- and most PCs are not really tuned this way.
