Only last week I started getting that message about my WIN7 copy not being genuine. I eventually had to call Microsoft, and the guy spent 30 mins doing a remote scan. He kept on saying I needed to have my PC serviced every three months but I disagreed with him. I have always built my own PC's and never had them serviced except when something went wrong and this is the first time I have ever had this problem since 1995. I did a thorough scan and clean up and that seemed to do the trick. So far that message has not reappeared.
