I have never tried to use the PCI slot next to my AGP
video slot. I remember something about that not being
a good idea. Is that "sometimes", or "always" a bad idea?

What listed below could I move up to slot #2
(Or is this a try it and see question? OS = WinXP-Pro)

Currently in case: (From the top.)

1) AGP - Video card 32M (Initial on boot)
2) PCI - Empty
3) PCI - ATA 100 Controller card (For CDs, Zip drive, LS-120)
4) PCI - Video card-PCI 8M for Extra (-dual-) monitors.
5) PCI - Network Card (Cat-5)
6) PCI - Empty
7) ISA - Empty

#1 & #2 are far apart enough that they do not "look like"
they share a "slot" like #6 & #7 do.

Thanks in advance.
