I have a dell Latitude laptop running Windows 2000. When started, I am able
to use the keyboard to get into setup, but once Windows starts, the
keyboard, mouse or any external devices (ps2 mouse, cd, keyboard, USB) are
locked out. 
I can't seem to get anything to operated, and can't use the keyboard even in
safe mode.
Any help would be great.
