You need DRIVERS for the USB Flash drives
that are for the OS (Win95)
I see some that are for "plain" Win98,
but most are only rated for Win98SE and above.

The MB ports have to be able to use the drive also,
but the OS needs those drivers. (They are built-in
to Win-XP generally...)
