Have you tried to start it up?  Depending on how far it was dropped from it
may still be usable.  Your first concern would be the hard disk. If the
computer was powered up with the hard drive spinning, yeah it's most likely
a paperweight now.  If you are comfortable with the inside of a computer,
open it up and make sure that all cards are seated properly.
However, if it was not powered, again, fire it up and see what happens.
