Michael-

Do you by chance remember the last thing you changed before these crashes
started happening? Perhaps software you installed or updated?

That would be a good place to start looking. Run the task manager (C-A-D)
and find out what's running on the machine before it crashes. Closing
running apps one at a time until the machine doesn't crash could give you a
clue.
