Im not sure if this is hardware related.

I turned my computer on this morning and got this message " load error! press a key to reboot "

Each time you press a key the message repeats itself.

Ive fdisk and done a complete format twice.Didnt help.

computer is a HP 8754, pen3 800mhz.  windows me .
