Bobby,
I can't speak specifically to the type of processor you can upgrade to, but, the
MotherBoard is an ASUS P2B-VE.  The 6460 that I worked on had memory problems
with no processor replacement necessary.  It had a Celeron 400.  Sorry I can't
give any more info.  Also, I was unable to get very much info at the HP site on
the Mobo.
