Hi All,
    I know this is probably a pretty stupid question for this highly technical oriented group of folks, but the most stupid questions are the ones that go un-asked.  Soooo-how do I create a "system Disk" on a 3.5" floppy in Win ME?  When you do a "Full" format request, " the create system disk" option is not offered as I've seen in Win 98.
