        No. Win95a has no support for fat32, you could format it as fat32 with
partition magic or another similar type of software but your win95a install
would not recognize it.

        No, fat16 limits your partition size to 2.1GB, you can have almost as many
of those partitions as you want (limited only by the amount of drive letters
you have and a few other fixable things). TTYL
