     Nope, but there is often an easy way to find out. Does the board have
an FCC ID number? If so go to this page:
http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/
        You should be able to determine the manufacturer of the board that way.

     Have you installed the VIA chipset drivers? If not installing those
might do the trick. If you have try going to VIA's website and looking for
chipset and USB drivers, they may not give you any though and instead tell
you to go to your motherboard maker's site. Hope this helped, TTYL
