Hi All,

System;
Abit BX6 Rev 2
P3 550E (Overclocked to 682 (124 MHz FSB) for a year and a half)
1-64 Meg (PC100), 1-128 Meg (PC100), 1-256 Meg (PC133)
ASUS 16 Meg TNT
Soundblaster Live
1-20.5 Gig IBM 7200, 1-13.4 Gig Maxtor 5400

This setup has been running for over a year and a half under Win 98SE
with rock steady stability. The other morning, when booting, it stopped
and showed "CPU changed or unworkable. Press F1 to continue or del to
enter setup. Softmenu shows processor as P3 set to default 66 MHz
(266MHz). Entering CPU Setup in BIOS shows a brief (very,very brief)
flicker of the menu options available and then shows nothing but the 66
MHz FSB with no options. I cannot alter anything on CPU setup. Saving
setup shows P3 at 366 MHz during reboot with same unworkable/changed
notice. Hit F1 and boot continues normally with no problems. From a
cold boot, hitting F1 rather than setup brings the exact same result.
Is it BIOS, CPU, MB? I kind of suspect the P3 at this point. Help!!!
