To whom this may concern:
Please advise any suggestions to the cause of video graphics smearing and blurring as a web page is loading and I begin scrolling through the page. I have a Emachines 500is and matching Eview monitor running Win98. The computer was purchased just over 2 years ago. This problem first occurred about 3 months ago. Is this a failure of a graphics card?
