I had asked for help on my computer last week - my computer would nearly
boot up, freeze, shutdown and start again. It would do this several times
before finally booting up. I took it to a computer friend and she found it
was the graphics card. It showed a driver was needed to replace, which she
did, but it still did not work right, so she tried another graphics card and
it worked fine. It seems to be fine here too.
