 Our NT4 (SP3) server reboots itself for no apparent reason every 3
>days or so.

On the subject of the 3com cards...

We use a lot of the 10/100 cards and from time to time for no apparant
reason the card "dies" .  Ususally on power up or reboot.  Not often, but
enough to make you aware of a problem with the cards.  Good thing they have
a long warranty period!
