Eudora is a well known resource hog.  I use it myself.  You can minimize
it's effects by making sure you close as many windows within Eudora as
possible.  When you exit Eudora, you won't always get back all your resources.

I've questioned this with Eudora and they claim there is nothing wrong with
their program.  MS says the same thing about Windows....  One, the other,
or both are at fault here.
