Yes, the jumper was changed.  Thanks for the tip but I learned this jumper the
HARD way.  When I first put this board together, it was set for PC100 and I was
running EDO SIMMS.  I had failure after failure until I realized it and changed
it back to non-PC100.  Thanks again.
