Have you contacted Acer about a default password ?
A common one I've seen is CLEAR

Why is it impossible??? And how are you going to make
 D drive A in CMOS ?? Are you trying to say you need
to boot from your cd drive ?

Some laptops have the CMOS programmed thru the serial
port and others use a flash utility software to reset defaults
back to factory. You can still reset the old way, but I wouldn't
suggest it unless you're qualified.
