 I went with the Abit BH6 I think it has
more slots (isa ?), not sure and is cheaper, $94.00 .
I've been running this 300a @ 450mhz for 8 months
without a hitch.

Micron PC-100 is an excellent choice for o'clocking
but you can get it a whole lot cheaper from a different
vendor than direct from Crucial. Check Pricewatch
and look at memory by brand (Micron).I see several places
have 128 mb PC-100 for around $170-$180.
I've bought from Axion Technologies LLC several times
they seem to be reliable and their shipping isn't a rip-off.
