Did this ship UPS ground? I have received PCs UPS ground where the constant
vibration in shipping has vibrated the cards right out of their slots and
actually moved the motherboard. The first time I saw this I couldn't belive
it....I thought my customer had tried to fix their PC and screwed it up.

The solution is to reset the motherboard so it fits in the case correctly
and puts your cards at the correct level. If you send it back this is what
they will do. As a quick temporary fix you could probably use washers and
longer screws as a spacer that will allow your cards to seat correctly and
also allow you to tighten the screws down.

This is just one of the many reason why I will only ship individual
components UPS....never a PC or a monitor.
