Installing a new HD with NT4

     I have received a new HD at work to install in my PC.  I am currently
     running NT4.  Can I do the same type of swap as can be done with W95?
     Simply install the new drive as a slave use the XCOPY command to copy
     the entire HD and then switch the new drive to master?

     Any suggestions would help . . .
