Use MSI Socket 370 to Slot 1 converter card to run Celeron 566 on your mobo
(I guess it is slot 1 mobo). For the cooling, get as the best as you can,
overclock will take a big hit on heat issue, you will use what ever way you
can to cool the CPU down.
All socket 370 chips are flipchip (for Intel line).
