I have Partition Magic 4 and Just erased the dual
boot with Win 2K B3 and resized to accomodate
what I needed data wise.

You should be able to convert your C drive to FAT 32,
then resize your E drive and Joto FAT 16. This is fairly simple.
If you don't want to risk doing any damage to your drive goto
powerquest's homepage and download the trial of PQ4, this allows
to change everything (with limits) but not actually make changes,
that's what I do when ever I partitioned my drive for Win 2K.

You never mention whether or not your using NT Worstationn boot procces
or Boot Magic (included with PQ4--I'm not sure about yours). As long
as you don't loose data on your C drive then your fine.

But as always if you can--BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP.
Anything that can happen, probably will happen.
