Hi Edna,
    I was interested too, so I downloaded the 118-page Intel data sheets for
the Celeron.  Intel says your 533-MHz Celeron has a Max Case Temp of 85
degrees C, so you have a long way to go before trouble starts.  The complete
specifications can be downloaded from
