  If you have to let it sit before it will reboot, that suggests that
something needs time to "cool off".  i.e., it may be on the edge of
overheating.  Are all fans running properly?  Are there enough of them?
  (My current system has fans on each CPU and on the video card, in the
power supply and case, and in a couple of the drive bays.  I think I once
counted and there were 13 of them.)
