Hi

The one that turns on is probably an older, AT style - i.e. the button is
hard wired to the ppwer supply and is in the on postition.

the other 2 are probably the newer ATX stlye that use a momentary contact
button that turns the system on thru a "relay" on the main board - check
the advanced bios and see if there is a setting for the computer to act on
loss of power - it can usually be changed to last state, turn on, or stay
off - change to turn on and see if that helps you.
