We will need more information.  What hardware do you have?  How long have
you had this problem?  What programs/applications usually start automatically?

Meanwhile, press the F8 key when you see "Starting Windows 95..." on your
screen.  Choose Step-by-step Confirmation.  The point at which the system
freezes may give you a clue as to what the problem is.
