These first two would seem to be your hard drive controller. Do you happen
to have a separate controller card? I have a separate Promise DMA/66
Controller card that is described as such... you may need to use the disk
that came with that card to install the drivers for this...

Usually a sound card. If you have the original driver disk that came with
the sound card or MoBo, remove this device and do a Refresh... inserting
the disk when it finds it and asks for the driver disk.

>?PCI Serial controller

This would be the modem... again... remove from list, refresh and insert
modem driver disk when asked.
