Hi everyone,

I was posting a msg about 9G SCSI harddisk problem during NT
installation. Now I solved the problem. I was told today to partition
and format the 9G harddisk into 7G drive C, and 2G drive D (both NTFS).
As you all know, it's not normaly possible to do from a unpartitioned
harddisk (the first 4G limitation), so I took a 4G IDE harddisk to this
server computer, install NT on it. As soon as there is a IDE harddisk,
NT installation reported unpartitioned space correctly! If I took the
IDE harddisk off, the unpartitioned size changed back to incorrect
again. What a joke! Have anyone seen this situation before? Any idea why
it does so?
