MS has an article on the order you need to install the OS's. Win 9x & Win Me always has to be installed before Win NT, Win 2K or Win XP. My recollection is that the article had a table showing how and what order to do the installs. Here's the URL for it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q289283.
