after reading your second post I have to wonder if you have tried booting
into DOS (F8) on startup and tried copying a files in dos or even tried
going to a dos prompt and copying a file. it could be a problem with the
floppy its self. or a cable gone bad.  I am also wondering how you know
DLL is missing?
