Dialup has a special rule that basically says:  When my dialup
connection is active, use it for everything except LANS I have a NIC
directly plugged into.  So:

(a) You can use a dial-up connection from Computer B instread of
going out through computer A -- but computer A will continue to go
via DSL.

(b) You cannot generalize from this to the behaviour of two "always-
on" (cable or DSL) connections.

Oh, and (c) You can probably buy a crossover cable for about the same
price as a regular cable, and save the cost of the coupler.
