  Hello,

In the MOUSE portion of Win7's control panel, you can set an option that 
displays concentric circles around the cursor location simply by 
pressing CTRL

In the same MOUSE area of control panel and the Ease of Access Centre 
you can choose 3 different sizes of cursors
