How to remove and reinstall dial-up networking and tcp/ip files
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q181/5/99.asp
I have done this a few times, it seems to work ok.
the easiest way to rename all the files and extract them back to the
harddrive
in Dos is to cut and paste the list of dos commands from the webpage
into a text document (notepad) then rename it dialup.bat (for example)
then you can run it as a dos batch file, saves alot of typing.
