 Hi Dan,
This is what your machine has in it. 
The upgrade you want will not work, the difference being the type of slot  or 
socket the processor fits in. This upgrade would cost you more than the  
computer cost in the first place.
 I would recommend that you keep your present computer and just buy  outright 
a new CPU (tower) and use you present monitor keyboard and mouse.
 Look at the possibility of building one yourself. Nothing is more  
satisfying than to boot up one you built for yourself. In most cases  it will be faster 
and better than any production computer that you can  buy.
