I am trying to set up a peer to peer network at home and one machine is
having trouble installing a Anet16 nic. It insists that it be installed on
irq 9 and wont let me manually change it after in Device Manager. What can I
do to edit this info. I do have a anet diag program that says that the nic
itself is all right. Is there another way to edit the settings, perhaps
through regedit?
