HELLO,

Two quick questions..
1. Anyone know if Packard Bell computers require
proprietary ram? If yes...where might be a good place to look for it.

2.Any recommendations for a MB in the 75.00 -85.00 range that can
handle the AMD K6 266 MMX nicely.  Also...is 60sec EDO adequate for
the 266 cpu's or do they run better with SDRAM (I expect I will be
running a 75mhz bus)

There was some recent discussion of the FIC 2007 and the 266..I have
some familiarity with the board but I know it is only rated to 233...

suggestions welcome,
